Onboarding Checklist for Managers: this is a checklist for hiring managers to use in supporting the onboarding of their new hire. It outlines why onboarding is so important, the onboarding process and key players that are here to support the process and a detailed checklist.

Onboarding Checklist for New Hires: this is a checklist for new hires. Similar idea to the above, but geared towards a new hire.

Onboarding Schedule Template this pairs with the onboarding checklist for managers and is a simple template that managers can use to support a new hires onboarding.

Staff Resource Folder (in Box): this is meant to be a one-stop shop for some key resources. There is a guide that helps you navigate the folders.

Please note, in this folder, you can find all of these templates in one place. We do have a slightly different checklist template for Program, so if you’re a manager in one of our program teams (i.e. Admissions, PM, IS, EP, etc.), please use the Program specific checklists!
